Hi Chetan,
Whether you wish to progress in your career as an Auditor or whether you are implementing ISO in your organization, (If you are a Quality Professional), it is certainly worth getting the Certification. Even after implementation of ISO, what actually helps you grow is when you are able to Audit other organizations and see the perspectives of implementations. I am myself a Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2000 and I have always seen the worth of this in my career.
