Competencies for Future Managers

In the fast growing and competitive environment, it is essential for every manager to ensure that attrition is minimized, cope up with the technology changes and be more people-oriented to achieve success in their goals. We are going to see how best we can informally inspire and guide the team members, by improving our communications, negotiations getting their buy-in, and discovering management strategies that ensure success.
